Wycombe sign Akinde on loan

League Two side Wycome Wanderers have signed striker John Akinde on loan from Bristol City on a one month loan deal. The 19 year old struggled to make an impact at Bristol City, and was given the green signal by manager Gary Johnson to go out for some experience.
Akinde had moved to Bristol City from Ebbsfleet United in August 2008. He has scored only one goal for the club so far- on his debut against Plymouth Argyle in a 2-2 draw.
Wycombe said that they were greatful to Bristol City and Gary Johnson for allowing Akinde to come to Adams Park.
