Scott Cuthbert scoots away from the SPL

22 year old Scott Cuthbert, the former Scotland Under 19 and Under 20 captain has given preference for League 1 over Scottish Premier League. He is going to play for Swindon Town swapping Celtic of SPL for the Robins. Manager Danny Wilson bought him to Swindon making a very good transfer signing. Cuthbert is Wilson’s fifth summer signing. Scott Cuthbert frankly accepted that he hardly knew much about the League 1 but was keen to step into English Soccer soil. He actually is looking for a few good matches to improve his game so that he is noted for his National side. He has also played for his country’s Under 21 Campaigns but never was seriously taken by the Senior team. “It’s an exciting new challenge that I see as a chance to develop my career and hopefully help Swindon become a team that can challenge for promotion.”,Scott says.
