The Exeter City FC Supporters’ Trust is a Co-operative & Community Benefit Society and as such is registered with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). The Trust has been influencing Exeter City FC for the past 22 years. Originally formed in 2000 to assist in the payment of a player’s salary, the Trust went on to purchase a majority shareholding (53.11%) in 2003. In 2014 the Trust obtained voting parity on the club’s Board of Directors, allowing 3 Trustees and the Trust Chairman to sit on that board.
